سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع 

يحق للعميل فتح وفحص الشحنة عند الاستلام أمام المندوب فقط.

 

بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع .

في حالة احتواء الطلب على أكثر من منتج، يجب أن يتم الاسترجاع للطلب بالكامل. لا يُسمح باسترجاع جزء من الطلب.

في حالة الدفع كاش عند الاستلام: يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل.

Shipping & Return Policy

Customers have the right to open and inspect the package upon delivery in the presence of the courier only.

After the courier leaves, customers CAN.'T request an exchange or return 

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.

If the order contains multiple items, the return must be made for the entire order. Partial returns are not allowed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
