Shipping policy

Exchange Policy
 • Customers are entitled to open and inspect the shipment upon delivery with the courier present.
 • After the courier leaves, customers may request an exchange within 24 hours only from the time of delivery.
 • No returns are accepted – only exchanges are allowed.
 • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
 • Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

 

سياسة الاستبدال

• يُسمح للعملاء بفتح الطلب وفحصه عند استلامه بينما مندوب التوصيل موجود.
• بعد مغادرة المندوب، يمكن تقديم طلب استبدال خلال 24 ساعة فقط من وقت الاستلام.
• لا تُقبل المرتجعات – الاستبدال فقط هو المتاح.
• يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتهـا الأصلية: غير ملبوسة، غير مستخدمة، وبكامل العلامات والعبوة الأصلية.
• أي منتج لا يستوفي هذه الشروط لن يكون مؤهلاً للاستبدال.
